Since 2003, under successive multi-year contracts, Aegis has assisted Prince William County (PWC) in the development and on-going expansion of an Environmental Management System (EMS) Program along with determining compliance with many complex environmental requirements. For three consecutive contract terms, Aegis has provided a broad array of multi-media environmental consulting services to NAVFAC Washington throughout its area of responsibility (AOR) since 2002 and ongoing. Under these contracts Aegis provides assistance in meeting statutory compliance requirements for all applicable environmental laws and regulations including air, water, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, solid waste, petroleum, oils and lubricants (POL), and pollution prevention to Naval and Marine Corps facilities in Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C.
