Biennial Hazardous Waste Reporting – due March 1st
As a reminder, for facilities that are Large Quantity Generators, this is a Biennial reporting year. You are required to submit Biennial Manifest reports by March 1st of this year, for associated hazardous waste disposal activities during 2019. More information about this routine reporting may be found at the following link: https://www.epa.gov/hwgenerators/biennial-hazardous-waste-report. Tier 2 Reporting – due March 1st
For facilities required to submit Tier 2 Hazardous Materials Inventory reports under EPCRA, this reporting is due by March 1st of this year.
