Porter Anderson joined Aegis in February 2021 after having previously worked with Peter Francisco Soil and Water conservation offices. Porter assisted with routine site inspections and assessments of state Best Management Practice program. His scope of experience includes ensuring environmental compliance with construction activities; sampling and analysis, monitoring waste collection, storage and disposal; working with VPDES and NPDES permits; environmental oversight of large-scale industrial construction projects; SWPPP inspections; E&S inspections; and SPCC plans.
