Nicole graduated from the University of Virginia in May 2016 with a B.S. in Environmental Science and a minor in Global Sustainability.  She began her professional career with Aegis in August 2016.  Nicole has diverse experience working with air, stormwater, and hazardous waste compliance.  She has extensive experience in industrial air compliance and reporting, including Part 60 and Part 75 Excess Emission reports, Title V permit application and certification, and permit implementation.  Nicole is also involved with Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) programs, overseeing and streamlining Management of Change processes, applicability determinations and inventory review, and auditing.  Nicole has previously worked on regulatory compliance plan development and inspections for SPCC, storm water, and hazardous waste generators across several states, was an environmental compliance coordinator at solar construction sites, and has created and provided trainings in RCRA and LDAR.  She is a certified Erosion and Sediment Control Inspector and a Responsible Land Disturber through the Virginia DEQ In her free time, Nicole enjoys running, traveling outside the US, and trying different breweries in the Richmond area.
