Fields of Competence:
Mr. Pritchett has conducted and managed numerous solid waste landfill and petroleum storage tank release investigations, and conducted hydrogeologic characterizations, corrective action implementation, and environmental site assessments. Mr. Pritchett has been responsible for coordinating and management of numerous groundwater, soil, and natural resource projects including groundwater and soil remediation. He is experienced in working closely with clients and regulatory agencies.
He has managed on-site remedy implementation for Avtex Superfund, including coordination with Engineer, Owner’s Representatives, Contractors, and Construction Manager. From site investigation of groundwater at a major manufacturing facility in Israel to managing oil spill decontamination in Biloxi, MS, Mr. Pritchett has continuously worked to improve environmental conditions.
Mr. Pritchett has provided demolition and asbestos abatement oversight for industrial site remediation at a NPL (Superfund) site in central VA, conducted site investigation and remediation for widespread LNAPL contamination at former metal furniture manufacturing building in Richmond, done site investigation and remedial design for PAH and arsenic contamination under Virginia’s Voluntary Remediation Program (VRP) in Newport News, worked as waste division geologist for Virginia Department of Environmental Quality, and provided landfill quality control in Harrisonburg.
He conducts LNAPL soil and groundwater contamination studies and remediation at numerous sites within Virginia and routinely performs Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for due diligence risk assessment.
