Ms. Stratton has an urban planning background with an emphasis on sustainability and community outreach. She has several work experiences in public speaking and presenting in professional and conference settings. Ms. Stratton has developed Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans for industrial/municipal operations, conducted SWPPP inspections, and delivered SWPPP and SPCC/ODCP training. Namely, she worked with a large multistate energy provider on the SPCC Plan renewal for their electric substations and associated local offices. She has also conducted EMS gap analyses for multiple operations of a large multistate energy provider. Ms. Stratton has assisted in the development of wastewater discharge permits, preparation of Title V Federal Operating Permits, and with estimating and tracking air emissions for sources. Ms. Stratton has successfully completed and received certification for a BSI 40-Hour ISO 14001-2015 Lead Auditor Training and is a certified Responsible Land Disturber.
