Ms. Morse has over 31 years of experience in environmental regulations and has been involved in a wide range of environmental issues. She has managed the development of complex NSR air permit applications, including successful negotiations of favorable terms, NOx RACT determinations and development of federal Title V permit applications. Operations have included electric power generation, peaking power, semiconductor and telecommunications, foundries, synthetic fibers, consumer products and academic institutions. She also has excellent experience in waste management requirements including audits, permitting, contingency planning, training and negotiation of compliance issues.
Ms. Morse has managed and conducted assessments/audits at a variety of multi-state commercial and industrial facilities, including furniture manufacturing, printing facilities, electrical equipment manufacturing, electrical and natural gas power production, wastewater treatment operations, glass container manufacturing, academic institutions, chemical manufacturing, consumer products manufacturing, vehicle maintenance facilities and RCRA-permitted TSDF operations.
Ms. Morse is experienced in the development and implementation of Environmental Management System (EMS) programs, from those designed to achieve basic compliance to full ISO 14000 programs. She has successfully completed and received certification for RAB-BSI 40-Hour ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Training. Ms. Morse has also developed and implemented training programs for hazardous materials/waste handling, hazardous waste management and hazardous materials transportation.
