Bobby Lee has over 30 years of experience in the environmental field. He began his career in a regional office of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control in the North Central part of the state.  In this role Bobby worked primarily in the NPDES Water Quality Monitoring Program and as an inspector in the hazardous waste compliance program inspecting all categories of generators, serving as a resident inspector at a commercial hazardous waste incinerator and as a member of the regional emergency response team.  Bobby completed his career at SCDHEC working in the central office in Columbia as an inspection coordinator. In this role Bobby developed expertise in the areas of hazardous waste compliance, universal waste management, used oil management and solid waste management.  Upon retirement from SCDHEC Bobby worked for several manufacturing facilities supporting overall EHS compliance management to include SWP3 plans, SPCC plans, Air permits NPDES Permits and OSHA ‘s General Industry Safety Standards.
