Bobby Lee (Project Scientist III)
Bobby has over 30 years of experience in the environmental field. Upon retirement from South Carolina DHEC, Bobby worked as an EHS manager at several manufacturing facilities supporting overall EHS compliance management. Bobby has extensive experience in waste, NPDES compliance and safety.

Jeff Woodward (Project Scientist)
Jeff joined Aegis in May 2021 after having graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Minor in Environmental Engineering. Jeff previously interned with Aegis in the summer of 2019.

Lyndsi Laufenberg (Project Engineer)
Lyndsi joined Aegis in May 2021 during her final senior semester at Clemson University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering. Her initial assignment with Aegis was providing on-site environmental compliance assistance for a manufacturing facility in SC.

Travis Biskup (Project Scientist)
Travis is a graduate of Georgetown University in Environmental Biology. He joined Aegis in June 2021 after previously having worked as an ESC and SWM certified inspector. Currently he is on assignment as an Environmental Compliance Coordinator at a large construction project and is responsible for all aspects of environmental compliance.

Bill Pfeifle (Project Scientist III)
Bill retired from the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality with 31 years of service in 2015. Bill has extensive experience in permitting for proposed construction projects, construction inspections for compliance with authorized surface water impacts and preparation of joint permit applications.
