Contingency Planning
Aegis takes a practical approach to developing contingency
plans. We have extensive knowledge and experience in developing
plans for a variety of clients. Aegis continues to work with may of
its clients for years after the implementation of plans which
results in useful documents that incorporate the good standard
practices already in place at a facility. Aegis has successfully
developed and helped implement plans to fulfill the environmental
regulatory requirements contained in the Oil Pollution Act, the
Clean Water Act, and the Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA).
Aegis specializes in integrating plans that satisfy Spill
Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) plan, Oil Discharge
Contingency Plan (ODCP) and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan
(SWPPP) requirements into one concise yet comprehensive document
that facilitates maintaining up-to-date and accurate plans while
reducing plan revision time and cost. Aegis also has excellent
experience in developing RCRA Emergency Preparedness &
Contingency Plans for large quantity generators of hazardous waste.
